Who is Lya for?
Lya is for athletes pursuing progress at different levels, including elite athletes. Your goals, level, equipment and constraints give your program context, whether you train at home, in a garage gym or another training space. Review the equipment required by a program before choosing it.
Training goals include strength, gymnastics and conditioning. Available free catalogue variants depend on your profile and equipment; not every combination has a published program. A catalogue plan is a ready-made starting point, not an individual assessment.
Looking at a specific goal? Read the squat training guide or muscle-up training guide. Use the home gym equipment checklist to describe your setup.
1. Give your goals and training context
Describe your goals, level, available equipment and weights, and the constraints relevant to your training. With Premium, these inputs give the AI context to build your custom plan. Review its recommendations before training.
2. See your six-week block
A generated program lays out sessions over six weeks. Use the calendar to see the block and move sessions when your schedule changes.

3. Open a session and understand the work
Open the session to review exercises, prescribed repetitions, loads and recovery periods before starting. The in-app timer helps you follow the session. Exercise demonstrations are available for supported movements; the video catalogue does not cover every exercise. After training, record your results so you can refer back to the session.
4. Adapt when your situation changes
Premium program adaptation can rewrite remaining sessions around declared constraints, including injury-related restrictions and permanent physical limitations. Describe what your plan must account for and ask Lya to adapt it. For example: “Adapt my remaining sessions to respect the movement restrictions my physiotherapist gave me.” This is an example request, not a medical assessment. Lya is not a medical service: consult a qualified professional about pain or injury and follow their guidance.

The demonstration opens the program list, selects a ready-made squat program, shows its calendar and opens a session to review its exercises. The program contains 18 sessions. This is a local demonstration, without a personal account or a paid generation.
This 42-second walkthrough shows the program and session screens using a published free squat program. It was recorded locally from the 2.1.3 app code with the program loaded for demonstration, without a personal account. It does not show a paid generation or a measured training result.
Questions about Lya
Can I use Lya without Premium?
Yes. The ready-made catalogue programs are free. Check the compatible options and required equipment in the app. Premium is optional and provides separate personalization features.
Does every program use the same equipment?
No. Requirements vary by program and catalogue variant. For custom planning, declare the equipment and weights you can actually use, then review the proposed sessions.
What happens if my equipment or schedule changes?
You can move sessions in the calendar. Premium also lets you request changes to remaining sessions when your equipment or declared constraints change. See how program adaptation works.
How much does Premium cost?
Check the current offer in the app for your region, including the subscription price, usage allowance and renewal terms. Custom generation, adaptations and coach questions use an allowance; they should not be treated as unlimited.
Is Lya available on Android?
The public download linked here is for iPhone. Check the App Store listing for device compatibility and availability. This page does not announce an Android release.
Does Lya replace a coach or healthcare professional?
No. Lya does not provide live technique assessment or medical clearance. Review any generated plan before training. For pain, injury or medical restrictions, follow qualified professional guidance; a declared limitation does not guarantee that a generated exercise is appropriate.
